Player Registration

Make sure to have the following information for each player.

- First and last name

- Email address

- Food allergies and intolerances

Please note that if any information is missing for certain players, you have until May 3 to send it to us by email at fondation@rona.ca as it will not be possible to modify the form.

If you wish to be assigned one or two RONA players (employee or affiliated dealer) to complete your foursome, it will be at your expense.

If this is your wish, you must check the appropriate box on the form. 

Payment Methods

Please note that only credit card payment and bank wire transfer methods are accepted.

Tax Receipts

If you wish to have the tax receipt issued in your company's name, please select the "Make this transaction as a company/group" box before entering any information.

Confirmation of Transaction

The automatic email that you will receive after your payment is your official receipt / invoice.
